FLAT RATE: This allows us to choose the best rate we can find using a range of third party carriers as well as freight consolidators. We offer flat rate shipping at a rate of R99.00 country wide. Larger items such as cylinders and compressors incur a small additional charge based on weight.
Major Centres can expect delivery in 2-3 working days.
What is a Main Centre?
A main centre is any Town or City in South Africa that is serviced via a daily flight schedule. In order for this to be possible the area must be within the delivery range of a recognised Airport. These Airport hubs are as follows: Johannesburg, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. Regional areas can expect deliveries from 3 to 4 days.
A regional area is any Town or City in South Africa that is not catered for via a daily flight schedule. In order for this to be possible the area must be within the delivery range of a recognised Airport. All regional areas will experience a delay in the delivery time, as most of these areas are not serviced daily.
Outlying areas can expect deliveries from 7 to 10 days.
Outlying areas such as Sodwana bay are typically only serviced by couriers once a week.
Why can I not send my parcel to a P.O. Box address?
The Courier Guy is an express courier service, therefore your parcel will be delivered to door, and will require a signature from the receiver.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the borders of South Africa currently. Please feel free to contact us for special arrangements.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Address Accuracy and Address Correction: Our systems automatically ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure its accuracy as we cannot refund shipping when an item is returned, refused or undeliverable.
Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping applies ONLY to domestic (South African) shipping addresses.
If you return an item that was shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping that item from the amount of your refund.
You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If, for example, you prefer another size or another colour, you must place a new order in our online store.
Do you want to return something ? Please make sure you respect the following criteria:
– You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Please note that due to their nature, customized/personalized items, such as Custom Wetsuits cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipment.
it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
it is not missing any accessories or parts.
– All items must be unworn and in their original condition. Returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original packaging. Please do not attach any labels or duct tape directly on item´s packaging.
– In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
– The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Our returns address is:

How do I return something ?

Step 2: Prepare your parcel
Please make sure to send the item/s back in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging) and use a new parcel/packaging to make sure that no labels or duct tape will be attached on the original product packaging.
Step 3: Receive refund
When your return is being processed, you will receive an automatic email. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. It can take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed.
N.B.: If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and then place a new order. Please keep in mind that any guarantee has to be decided and covered directly by the manufacturer. As an official retailer, we offer guarantee service by collecting the affected item/s on our cost and resend them to the manufacturer as well as we process all further handling. So once we could receive any answer regarding your case, we will be able to act immediately as indicated by the brand. You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the manufacturer will repair or replace the item.
What if I receive a defective/ damaged or wrong item ?
If you receive a defective/damaged or wrong item, please follow the process below:

To process your claim we kindly ask you to provide us with a brief description about the defect/difference as well as at least one picture where the damage/defect/difference can be shown. Pictures can be attached directly to the email. In case of your parcel arrived damaged and you did already sign the receipt, we need you to provide us within 4 days with additionally information as:
– Picture of the damaged item
– Picture of the parcel, label as well as the damage of the parcel.
Step 3: Process
Once we receive all required information, we will review your request as quickly as possible.
We are unable to accept reclamations for the following defects:
– Damaged due to incorrect or intense usage.
– Increased perspiration.
– Colour transfer (i.e. T-shirts).
– Damaged due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
– Articles that cause physical discomfort i.e. blisters.
How do I get my refund?
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order.
– If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card.
– If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse, and you should usually receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.
Original delivery costs are refunded only if returns are for defective and faulty items, or incorrect item shipped.
Who pays return fees?
If you return an item due to not fitting correctly or any similar reason, return fees have to be paid by you.
If you return a damaged or faulty item, or the item is not as pictured, of course we will organize a pick up on our cost. Please make sure, to choose the right return reason, when proceeding return.
What is the warranty policy?
As an official retailer, all our offered items are covered by a 2 years manufacturer´s warranty. We offer guarantee service by collecting the affected item/s on our cost and resend them to the manufacturer as well as we process all further handling. If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of us. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of an item in case the returned item doesn’t arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy.
So once we receive any answer regarding your case, we will be able to act immediately as indicated by the brand. You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the manufacturer will repair or replace the item.
